At Naturehato Bonsai Shop, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your purchases arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding delivery timelines, costs, and other relevant information.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days. Cost depends on the weight and destination of your order and will be calculated during checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days. Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 (within the U.S. only). Restrictions may apply based on location and product size.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
